CARVED CRAYONS. COOL.
Have you heard of "Wax Nostalgic?" How about the guy who can make almost anything out of crayons? Well Hoang Tran is the man behind it all! This dexterous artist has made designs from Mad Max, Kirby, Kaiju from "Pacific Rim", Gill man from "The Monster squad", even Guy-Manuel of "Daft Punk." Surprisingly, those are only to name a few from his intricately executed crayon carvings. Not only is he great at what he does but he is appreciative to his admires and followers of his work. On social media he actively participates in custom crayon giveaways, and "Question of the week" where he answers frequent questions from followers and fans.
Tran has been nominated for best toy/craft by the "Geekie awards," he's been displayed in art shows, gallery viewings, and also was a participant in the "No touching the arrested development Art Show."Crayons of all kinds can be purchased on etsy.com under craved crayons! The website gave Tran a five star rating, and displays 5,434 likes from fans and a successful 683 in sales. The cherry on top is his professional finish of glass tubes to cover each crayon with purchase! If you didn't know about "Wax Nostalgic" before, it's about time you started paying some attention!
