Meisel's F/W Prada Campaign is "A Virtual Labyrinth of Fantasy and Reality"

Prada’s Fall/Winter campaign is set to the backdrop of a geometric, futuristic, and somewhat freaky fantasy photographed in New York by the one-and-only, Steven Meisel. Depth of field, perspective and illusion create a “videogame” setting where the statuesque (if not slightly robotic) models wear structured, tonally strong and playfully embellished clothes from the collection.
Masculine in structure but balanced against feminine details, the campaign reflects directly on Miuccia’s fall 2012 show filled with powerful geometric prints.
Love it or hate it, the campaign is undoubtedly interesting, visually powerful and seductive.
