Blonde Redhead Invades Brooklyn
Blonde Redhead is an American alternative rock band composed of Japanese vocalist and rhythm guitarist Kazu Makino and Milanese twin brothers Simone and Amadeo Pace, who play drums and vocals/lead guitar, respectively. The band formed in New York City in 1993 after a chance meeting between the members. Their earliest albums were noted for their Indie and noise rock influences, but the sound has evolved to incorporate elements of dream pop and other genres. In 2010 the band released their eighth studio album, Penny Sparkle.
